Balanced Experience at the Hotel
luxurious atmosphere comfortable bed thin walls scaffolding view
The hotel's staff were amazing. The overall atmosphere felt luxurious right away. The room was nice and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
The walls were very thin. I could hear everything in the corridor. Scaffolding surrounded the infinity pool.

wow, what a stay!
immaculate pool morning swim helpful staff
I loved the perfect pool on the seventh floor. It was super clean. early morning swims were the best since hardly anyone was there! also, the staff were always helpful, like, they were great.

fantastic amenities!
wardrobe lights giant towels
i loved the automatic wardrobe lights and total darkness window blinds and shutters. the luxury toiletries and fluffy giant towels were standard. the rooftop bbq impressed me during a previous visit so i booked this hotel.
the reception area seemed a bit small and check-in took a while. however, the staff there were amazing. i wish the reception area was bigger for a smoother check-in experience.

the rooms are well thought out and make it easy to miss features. you find automatic lights in wardrobes or total darkness from the window blinds and shutters. luxury toiletries are included, with fluffy giant towels provided as standard.

helpful staff good room overhead shower dirty plunge tub grease film housekeeping intrusion
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really good. I especially liked the overhead shower. The staff quickly took our luggage, so we could go get food without the suitcases.
The rooftop plunge tub was very dirty. It had a film of grease all over it. There were hairs everywhere. The door had a do not disturb sign, yet housekeeping walked in while I was in a towel. I was startled because they came in and left without saying anything.
