i loved the automatic wardrobe lights and total darkness window blinds and shutters. the luxury toiletries and fluffy giant towels were standard. the rooftop bbq impressed me during a previous visit so i booked this hotel.

the reception area seemed a bit small and check-in took a while. however, the staff there were amazing. i wish the reception area was bigger for a smoother check-in experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a good coffee in the restaurant downstairs. The room included a coffee machine and a nice bathroom.

The walls were very thin I could hear everything in the corridor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really good. I especially liked the overhead shower. The staff quickly took our luggage, so we could go get food without the suitcases.

The rooftop plunge tub was very dirty. It had a film of grease all over it. There were hairs everywhere. The door had a do not disturb sign, yet housekeeping walked in while I was in a towel. I was startled because they came in and left without saying anything.
